Adhi Jaya Hotel - Kuta (Bali)

Just spent two nights at Adhi Jaya and really enjoyed the clean pool and comfy beds in the Beautiful Double room. Quick access to Waterbom was a bonus! The bathroom could use some love, but overall, a solid stay.

its location was comfortable and handy, down the road from waterbom park. there were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like happy chappy express that was only 5 minutes' walk away. my twin/double room and bed were very clean. it had a bathtub in the big size bathroom.

Great location, minute walk from Kartika Street, enjoyed this place.

I had an frustrating experience . The bathroom was in desperate need of an update, with a grotty toilet and a leaking sink that turned the floor into a puddle after every use. The noise from the pool and the guests above my room kept me up at night, and despite reporting the issues, I received no follow-up from the staff.

Ground floor twin room 105 just steps from the pool. New bathroom and great service from all the friendly staff. Great location in Kuta accross the road from the Discovery Mall. Would recomend for all travellers, solo and families.

By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Kuta, had much fun and met outstandingly friendly and amiable staff with the service the staff provided. We loved the location, which was marvellous in the central market: D

overall, i recommend staying in this hotel. the property is perfect with consistently courteous stuff, breakfast is awesome, favourable location close to all the local activities. all in all they offer good service.

The Superior Double or Twin Room was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. The pool was fantastic, with enough lounge chairs for all guests. Plus, the location was ideal. It was a short walk to the beach, Discovery Mall, and local restaurants. The staff were accommodating and friendly, which really enhanced our experience.

The bathroom design could use improvement.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and I always find their staff friendly, hotel clean and the location excellent.

It is a smaller hotel which is quiter.

Nothing. Even location also not that ideal because it far away from Legian street and also kuta beach.

Everything dislike. Room is dirty, bathroom is dirty. There is even no in room show provide and flooring very sticky. Staff attitude very poor and helpless. I actually plan to stay 3 days for my trip but after first night, i immediately move out.
